The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic Business Manager—an agile, high-energy professional, who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
As the business grows, so does our leadership team, and we are looking for that key person who can offer seamless support to our team.
You’ll be the linchpin across projects, people, and priorities—ensuring that leaders are well supported, decisions are data-informed, and opportunities are proactively seized.
This is the ideal role for someone who is smart, capable, enthusiastic, and wants to grow their influence in a high-impact industry

Responsibilities

• Administration Support: Calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and inbox triage for the CEO and leadership team.
• Strategic Project Management: Drive key projects, monitor milestones, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Research & Decision Support: Conduct market research, prepare briefing papers, and offer insights that aid executive decision-making.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Agility Champion: Rapidly shift priorities and work style as required in a fast-moving business.
• Operational Oversight: Help streamline workflows, spot bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
• Culture Leadership: Embody and foster a positive, can-do workplace culture.
