About the Role:

We’re looking for capable Site Supervisors who can:

• All round great person with a proactive, growth mindset
• Take ownership of onsite safety, quality, and delivery
• Communicate clearly with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Represent Evercon with professionalism and integrity
• Adapt to evolving project scopes and bring problems to resolution
• Lead with a hands-on approach — practical, accountable, and proactive
