- Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions and client recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, valuations, and cash flow projections for various real estate assets and portfolios
- Assist in the preparation of offering memoranda, pitch books, and client presentations
- Collaborate with senior team members on deal execution, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiations
- Monitor and analyse market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments
- Support the team in business development activities and client relationship management
- Contribute to the development of internal reports and market insights
- Assist in the preparation of investment committee materials and other internal documentation

- 1-3 years’ experience in real estate, investment banking, or a related field (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related field
- Exposure to financial modelling skills, with a proficiency in Excel and other relevant software (Forbury) will be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of property fundamentals and performance drivers
- In-depth knowledge of real estate capital markets and investment trends
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
