Simple is an internationally recognised and awarded full service creative agency based on King William Road in Unley.
We understand that great people make great agencies and we're looking for a great Account Coordinator to join our growing team. We're seeking someone who’s confident, communicative, well-presented, full of energy and ready to jump in the deep end.
The Role
We’re looking for an Account Coordinator who shares our passion for creating work that works, and will put their all into supporting the team to deliver brands, campaigns and productions, from initial brief through to launch — and beyond.
As an Account Coordinator at Simple you will:
- Work closely with the broader team to support the delivery of brand, advertising and production projects big and small
- Provide assistance across all stages of a project, from scheduling meetings, to piecing together documentation such as agendas, timelines and briefs, proof reading and managing revisions right through to handing over final files and dispatching campaigns
- Gather requirements from clients for new opportunities and work with the team to scope and quote these
- Understand that it’s all about people; so you’ll work hard to build rapport and in turn build incredible relationships with our team and clients
- Be the go-to person for staying across the detail, helping to keep things moving and providing a helping hand across the agency for ad hoc tasks
About You
- You’re passionate about all things marketing, brand and advertising, and are sure to keep up with what’s happening in the industry
- You’re a natural communicator, both written and verbal
- You’re a team player who takes pride in what they do and can’t wait to get stuck into the nitty-gritty
- You’re a glass half full kind of person, who approaches life with a can-do, problem-solving mindset
- You might not know all the answers right away, but you can’t wait to learn them
- You will give things a proactive go but be the first to put your hand up when you need extra support or to escalate something
- You may have worked in an agency environment before, or you might be looking for your way in
