Corporate Finance Analyst

This is a unique opportunity based in Brisbane to work for a leading firm with a strong focus on M&A and a strong pipeline of work. Working within a team of dynamic corporate finance professionals, this role would suit an Analyst who has gained two to three years experience across Corporate Finance such as Valuations & Modelling.

Day to day in the role, your work would include;

• Financial modelling for business proposals/valuations, including new business opportunities/projects, acquisitions, divestments
• Assist with maintenance and update of financial models
• Preparation of information memoranda for distribution to potential financiers/counterparties
• Support for commercial and finance transactions including due diligence, credit reviews and post-project completion audits
