About the opportunity:

Due to business expansion, we are looking for THE BEST sales professionals to join our growing New Homes Sales team. In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Take responsibility for engaging with prospective customers at our display homes.
  • Qualify customers and progress them through a defined path specific to their budget, design & lifestyle requirements.
  • Support customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variations
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective purchasers and engage the client by providing value.
  • Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframes
  • Collaborate cross functionally with all departments within Weeks Homes to deliver complete and correct documentation
  • Manage client expectations and be a trusted advisor

About You

To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of the NEX Group along with:

  • Experience working in a similar role – preferably within new home sales
  • Strong sales background with high ambition to achieve results
  • An outgoing personality with the ability to be engaging – people want to talk to you
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, can you think outside the square to achieve an outcome?
  • Most importantly ….. a passion for helping people
  • Availability to work Saturday - Wednesday, including public holidays
