Equans ANZ, a leading provider of technical services across Australia & New Zealand, and globally, are on the lookout for a Multi Service Technician – Plumbing, to be an important part of a small yet experienced team of multi-skilled technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing essential building services equipment, ensuring the hospital environment remains safe, functional, and compliant.

What you will be doing
- Perform technical work on building services equipment in accordance with EQUANS safety, quality and customer standards ensuring that the Company is meeting its objectives and budgets as required.
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance/repairs on hydraulic plumbing and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose faults and complete technical repairs with minimal supervision.
- Conduct compliance testing and certification (e.g. TMVs, backflow devices).
- Support general plumbing and assist with other building services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records using handheld devices.
- Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

About you
- Proven experience in the commercial and industrial service, maintenance and installation of equipment within the building services industry – 5+ years desirable (healthcare preferred).
- Solid understanding of the relevant codes and industry standards within the field of work.
Skills and experience
- NSW Plumbing Licence
- TMV and backflow certification (desirable)
- Boilers experience and high risk licence (desirable MSMBLIC001 & 2)
- Restricted Electrical Licence (desirable)
- Well-developed customer service skills.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Current Australian driver’s licence.
- Ability to pass National Police Check and WWC Check.
