SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Seven Sisters Restaurant.

- Maintains the reservation book for restaurant including receiving calls, checking messages, and assisting walk-ins with special attention to Guest Service Standards.
- Ensures fair and equal flow of seating for Servers and Guests.
- Greets Guests and escorts Guests to their table and presents menus.
- Recommends wine, spirits, and other amenities to Guests.
- Works with the front and back of house staff to ensure Guest meals are produced in accordance with specifications and Guest requests.
- Assists Manager in achieving predetermined objectives and desired standards of quality food, service, cleanliness, merchandising and promotion.
- Follows up with Guest (post meal) regarding service and quality.
- Assists in ensuring that all service procedures/standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Uses tact and diplomacy to collect accurate information to resolve Guest conflicts.
- Communicates, leads and directs staff under the direction of the Manager.
- Adjusts ticket transactions such as, splitting and transferring checks in the absence of Seven Sisters Manager.
- Assists in service standards training and practical application.
- Assists with end of month inventory.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Experience in fine dining and/or Food and Beverage preferred.
- Must complete Food Handler or ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certification or have proof of current certification.
- Must have excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on guest services.
- Must have ability to effectively interact with internal and external Guests.
- Must have strong knowledge of spirits/wine.
- Must have ability to learn and operate point-of-sale system.
- Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.
- Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test.
- Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
- Must be physically able to perform all job requirements.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
- Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment.
- Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events
