We are seeking applications for an Administration Officer to join our Operations team at Burwood & Richmond, on a permanent full-time basis. This position provides admin support for corporate services across Richmond and Burwood Hospitals (Facilities Management, Catering, Hotel Services).
This is a key role to ensure core business functions are completed including coordination of work orders, submission and receipting of purchase requisitions, and ensuring contractor compliance documentation is maintained and updated.
This role will operate across both Burwood and Richmond hospitals.

The successful applicant will have sound computer literacy, with substantial experience using the Microsoft Office suite, and other computer programs.

This is a key role to ensure core business functions are completed including coordination of work orders, submission and receipting of purchase requisitions, and ensuring contractor compliance documentation is maintained and updated.
This role will operate across both Burwood and Richmond hospitals.
The Position
- Process work orders via Oracle Fusion and liaise with Contractors regarding completion of works, ensuring timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders.
- Administration and coordination of purchase orders including raising purchase requisitions and receipting of goods/services.
- Liaise with Group Accounts Payable regarding payment of outstanding invoices. Coordinate establishment of vendors in SJG Accounts Payable system.
- Supplier management activities such as following up on outstanding quotes.
- Coordination of contracts with external providers, ensuring contract documents are in place and renewed as required, updated in LEX contract management system, and compliance with contract management policies.
- Maintain excel spreadsheets and word documents for monthly reporting of activity and compliance.
- Coordinate appointments/meetings/diary management using Outlook, prioritised exercising judgement or in consultation with the relevant department managers.

We can offer you
- Salary: $68,489 to $69,897 plus 11.5% Superannuation
- Permanent full-time, working 38 hours per week
- Burwood & Richmond office location
