Duties It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Technical Specialist M365 you will:
  • Collaborate with peers and internal stakeholders, monitor current claims team performance and ensure that quality assurance and complaint / review processes are effectively managed
  • Provide technical expertise on applications, consulting on technical issues and reviewing technical designs.
  • Design and implement technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Identify continuous improvements and implement any required changes on M365 applications.
  • Ensure that changes are implemented effectively in production and provide high level estimates for new initiatives for M365 applications.
  • Contribute to and participate in the application development function including in-house development and external vendor-based development.
  • Provide support for a range of technical tasks including initiatives, enhancements, and upgrades to ensure efficient and effective change and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Service Desk and IT Operation teams in resolving operational M365 related incidents, requests, and changes
  • Working with the Enterprise Learning Team to ensure adequate and required training is provided to end users
  • Provide guidance and support to other technical staff to achieve technical and business outcomes.
  • Provide support and guidance to internal and external teams and partners on complex issues to ensure effective delivery of technical and business outcomes.
  • Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, process documentation, and training materials
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, and supporting in scope applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft O365 suites applications i.e. Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange
  • Demonstrated experience in Data Governance, Record management, and Information protection in the Microsoft O365 platform.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and technical skills in a complex technology environment.
  • Demonstrated technical capability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Sound knowledge of a range of IT software applications and hardware, technical infrastructure, systems, and databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience as a technical specialist.
  • Experience working with stakeholders from multiple technical teams in a project or support environment.
  • Experience resolving complex technical issues, preferably involving third parties.
