We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Principal ANZ. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the strategic and operational initiatives for the ANZ Leadership Team and supporting key business functions. The Opportunity


  • Manage and prioritise the Managing Principal's diary, schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and ensure preparedness for all engagements across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate actions and delegate tasks as required to support senior leadership and organisational objectives.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions to ensure meetings run smoothly and on time.
  • Organise travel arrangements and assist with expense reconciliation according to company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide insights on organisational performance, including budgets, investments, and expenditure.

Is this role right for you?


  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, providing support to senior leadership, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Arup systems.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High levels of integrity and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information and support leadership with sound judgment.
