About the role:
We’re hiring for a permanent role based in Perth, supporting large-scale enterprise platforms across cloud-hosted applications and infrastructure. As an Cloud Support & Engineering Analyst, you’ll play a key role in maintaining stability, performance, and integration across a complex IaaS environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide Level 2/3 support for AI applications and cloud-native platforms
• Operate IaaS environments on Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Troubleshoot AI workloads, APIs, and system integration issues
• Automate diagnostics and monitoring with scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• Work closely with AI engineers, DevOps, and cloud architects to ensure stable operations
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications and cloud services (e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, SageMaker)
• Proficiency in public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and scripting for automation
• Exposure to CI/CD, system integration testing, and cloud monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Azure Monitor)
• Bonus skills: Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes, cloud certifications, and ITIL knowledge
