In the role of Senior Associate - Assurance, you will join the AML/CTF & Fraud Risk Enabling Units Assurance team that’s doubling down on ensuring that NAB keeps our customers and community safe from financial crime.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Assess control design effectiveness and operating effectiveness.
• Support the performance of thematic or risk-based reviews in response to a change in the internal or external environment.
• Proactively manage risk, and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified.
  
  

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Previous experience in compliance, risk management within financial services with a focus on financial crime will be highly regarded.
• Strong experience in Assurance is preferred with strong understanding of compliance and control testing standards and methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Exceptional communications skills.
