The role

The Member Services Officer is responsible for providing excellence in Member service by ensuring the appropriate resolution of queries on first contact for Member Trade accounts, products and services.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls to provide first call resolution
  • Return Member voicemails
  • Action and respond to portal calls and emails
  • Support for staff and members in MyCap
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing complaints and feedback provided by members and suppliers

What will you bring?

  • 1 years’ experience within a Customer Service oriented role
  • Intermediate skills in the use of Microsoft Office Software Suite
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
