Our opportunity

As Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Project Director's schedule and team activities.

This position involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various tasks to enable the Development / Project Director to effectively oversee projects. Additionally, the Personal Assistant is responsible for managing project invoicing and tracking commitments, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial documents. Acting as a key liaison between the Project Director and both internal and external stakeholders, the Personal Assistant maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

This position is 11 months maximum term contract.

Your point of difference

You will have experience working as a Personal Assistant or in a fast paced administrative focused position where you have had to deal with conflicting priorities. Experience or understanding of the property industry is desirable.

You will have a proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems, improve system and procedural efficiency and effectiveness, and resolve issues as they arise and have resilience with the ability to work under pressure.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to leverage relationships and achieve successful outcomes as well as having a collaborative, professional and empathetic approach to dealing with team members and stakeholders will be your strengths.
