Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional seeking an exciting opportunity to support top-level executives? Our client is currently looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the day to day operations of one of the most senior Directors in the organisation.
This role offers hybrid working options – based in Barangaroo.

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the day to day operations of one of the most senior Directors in the organisation.

Responsibilities Include
- Provide high level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, both internally and externally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive review.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in project management and follow up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders.
- Other various ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant – supporting Managing Director / C-Suite level.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
