About You

This role is ideal for you if you:

  • Have experience working as an Occupational Therapist (whether that be in paediatrics or another area).
  • Have an OT Australia Membership and your AHPRA general registration.
  • Enjoy working with children and young adults, and are able to embrace silliness and fun to help make your therapy sessions truly irresistible!
  • Have a strong desire for supportive hands-on training, onsite mentoring, supervision and professional development.
  • Have a solution focused, strength based mindset.
  • Desire to work with children, adolescents and young adults, and their families in the clinic and community setting.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly establish rapport with clients, families and colleagues.
  • Ability to take initiative and to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Clinical interest in working with toddlers to young adults with:
    • Neuro-divergence (Autism, ADHD)
    • Development Delays
    • Learning Delays and Disorders
    • Speech Sound difficulties
    • Language Delays or Disorders
    • Sensory Processing Difficulties
    • Literacy Difficulties
