ERP Project Officer

In response to our continued growth, we're looking for an amazing Project Management Officer to join our New Projects Consulting team in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with all-around project administration experience to join a high-performing consulting team.



What you'll be doing…

As a Project Management Officer, you will be the administrative touch point for a number of active projects at any one time. Your duties will include:

• Scheduling of project tasks, helping the Project Managers ensure that processes are mapped out to keep the project on or ahead of schedule and in budget
• Monitor the resourcing of consultants and other relevant parties on projects, tracking actuals vs budget
• Ensure standardised Project Management Office processes and procedures are followed and all project compliance is followed in accordance with standards and regulations
• Work closely with Project Managers across several different projects at one time, tracking projects and following up on actions

Your Talents…

• 2 + years of previous experience in a Project Management Officer or similar role
• Previous experience in the ERP Software industry is preferred
• You are energetic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and detail oriented
• Experience in an IT, Software, or similar environment
• MS Project knowledge
• Previous experience with Project Scheduling and Resource Management would be highly regarded
