We are currently seeking an organised, energised and experienced Administration Officer/Concierge to join our team at Bethanie Subiaco.

The role of Administration Officer/ Concierge offers diversity in daily tasks and lots of challenges, therefore we are looking for a ‘go-getter’ with a passion for customer service and a ‘can do’ attitude. You will have highly tuned administration skills along with a genuine interest in the aged care industry.

This role is offered on a fixed term, full time basis till the 27th of February 2026. There may be the opportunity to extend or transfer to a permanent, part time role.

Working days are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.

About the Role:

  • Provide a customer-focused service for employees, residents, visitors and suppliers
  • Assist in the collection and recording of resident information related to expression of interest for admission to the aged care facility
  • Assist with all enquiries from families in regards residents
  • Ensure all telecommunications are answered and allocated to responsible persons
  • Ensure the resident’s cafeteria is maintained and regularly serviced
  • Assist with deliveries to site
  • Ensure all telecommunications are answered and allocated to responsible persons
  • Be the face of Bethanie Subiaco and promote the Bethanie mission
  • Ensure cleanliness of front counter area

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience within a busy administrative position
  • High level of attention to detail, with the ability to learn new processes and software quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and report writing skills
  • Strong Computer skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • Willingness to uphold the Vision, Mission and Values of The Bethanie Group
  • Willingness to obtain National Police Clearance
  • Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations 1x Covid and annual flu vaccination
