The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Community Product Specialist to join our Sydney team. In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you’ll work across the Community, Aged Care, and Hospital sectors to promote, support, and deliver Novis’ innovative range of healthcare products. Your day-to-day will include sales, clinical support, and hands-on training – all focused on helping clients and end users find the right solutions to improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell a range of assistive products including beds, mattresses, seating, bathroom aids, and more.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, facilities, and clients.
  • Provide clinical support and product training tailored to customer needs.
  • Become a knowledgeable advocate for Novis’ products and brand values.
  • Deliver professional, empathetic support to customer enquiries.
  • Attend industry events, product launches, and team meetings.
  • Keep accurate CRM records of your sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, timely service delivery.

About You

  • Sales experience is highly regarded, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to identify client needs and recommend effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of the disability sector and assistive equipment is a plus.
  • Eagerness to develop deep product knowledge and represent our brand proudly.
  • A team player who’s ready to hit the ground running.
  • A current NSW Drivers Licence is required.
