This role provides day to day assistance and support to one of our Chiefs and their team. You will assist in four key areas: diary and calendar management, inbox management, preparation of board reporting, and operational reporting and project support. This role will also work as part of the EA team to support the CEO office and other Chiefs when required
The opportunity
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the central point of contact for a Chief, ensuring their office operates smoothly, professionally, and efficiently. You’ll manage complex diaries and inboxes, coordinate meetings, and support the preparation and distribution of board and committee papers. You’ll also assist with departmental operations, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to team projects and initiatives.
Additional responsibilities include organising executive meetings, tracking actions, managing documents and budgets, and maintaining records via SharePoint. As part of the Executive Assistant team, you’ll provide support across the C-Suite and CEO office, and offer reception cover when required. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and make a meaningful impact across the organisation.
About You
You’ll bring strong experience supporting executive-level staff, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your well-developed organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication enable you to operate with professionalism and discretion. You’re confident building relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, and are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently while managing ambiguity.
You’re a collaborative team player with a results-driven mindset and a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks to achieve outcomes. Your advanced computer skills across Microsoft Office applications—particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook—support your ability to deliver high-quality work. A relevant qualification in Business or a related field is highly desirable, along with demonstrated experience in a similar executive support role.
