In This Role:
- You will be on a 2-year rotational program and receive structured technical training, that will provide you with a proven technical understanding of a wide range of Emerson’s leading technologies and engineering methods.
- You will have additional training delivered with a mixture of internal and external training, online training, and on-the-job training alongside some very talented domain experts.
- You will be provided with a carefully matched mentor and buddy from the business to offer support and mentorship as your career within Emerson develops.
- Aspects of the role will be customer-facing and will require close cooperation with office and field-based engineers, as well as directly with our customers to ensure that responses are consistent, and address identified business needs.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Recent Engineering Graduates from an Australian University, with no more than 2-years of work experience
- You should have Bachelor of Engineering degree in Software, IT and Computer Science, Mechatronics, Chemical, Process Automation and Control, Electronics, or Instrumentation.
- Flexibility to travel and work throughout Australia and New Zealand and overseas
- A valid driving license or willingness to get one.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills both verbally and written.
