About The Role
We have several exciting opportunities based in our Canberra office for passionate SOE/MOE/Intune and/or Application Packager experts. If you're enthusiastic about delivering impactful solutions for our federal and state government clients, this role is perfect for you!
With a focus on end-user computing, we are seeking candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- SOE/MOE/Intune design and deployment with enterprise deployment tools
- SOE/MOE/Intune lifecycle management
- Task sequence development and troubleshooting
- Windows Desktop and/or Server management
- Advanced scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Visual Basic)
- Group Policy
- AD, DHCP, and DNS
- User profile management
- Security hardening
- System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), including co-management with Intune/Endpoint Manager
- MSI, MSIX, and App-V packaging across desktop and/or server environments
Responsibilities
- SOE/MOE Solution Design: Prepare comprehensive solutions for new or existing SOEs/MOEs.
- Application Packaging & Remediation: Conduct application analysis, testing, and remediation as required.
- Microsoft Solutions Implementation: Build, configure, and deploy Microsoft-based solutions.
- Documentation & Skills Transfer: Prepare As Built, As Configured, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) documentation, and conduct skills transfer to clients.
- Security Documentation: Assist in preparing security-related documentation in coordination with client's Security practice.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other internal team members to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Vendor Engagement: Utilize vendor relationships to assist with design, configuration, and remediation activities using industry best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing refinement of technical processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
- Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in relevant technologies.
- Client Management: Collaborate with the internal Project Management team to manage client expectations effectively.
- Cross-Functional Teaming: Participate in the creation of new products and solutions, working as part of a cross-functional team.
- Technical Documentation: Assist in the preparation of statements of work, user guides, release notes, and other documentation as needed.
- Experience in SOE/MOE/Intune design, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Advanced scripting skills (PowerShell, Visual Basic).
- Proficiency in Windows Desktop and Server management.
- Strong knowledge of Group Policy, AD, DHCP, and DNS.
- Hands-on experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and co-management with Intune/Endpoint Manager.
- Expertise in MSI, MSIX, and App-V packaging for desktop/server environments.
- Security hardening experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory.
