- Administrative Support Officer – APS5
Key Duties:
- Provide administrative and coordination support across projects.
- Assist in implementation planning and operational readiness activities.
- Help develop and refine internal training materials and written communications.
- Support stakeholder communication and project documentation.
- (Desirable) Experience or familiarity with eRecruitment platforms.
- Operational Practice Officer – APS5
Key Duties:
- Coordinate stocktakes and updates of recruitment-related resources.
- Establish and maintain audit-compliant record keeping practices.
- Develop and maintain centralised resource repositories.
- Support recruitment panels and delegates with learning materials.
- Develop high-quality communications reflecting APS-wide reforms and internal changes (e.g., secondments, APSC updates, promotion reviews).
- APS career progression potential – Gain exposure and demonstrate capability in a central agency setting.
- Contribute directly to recruitment and HR reform efforts.
