What You’ll Do

• Drive Centre performance across commercial, people, and quality outcomes
• Develop and mentor Centre Directors into confident, accountable leaders
• Build a performance culture where expectations are clear and results are achieved
• Identify underperformance quickly and implement strategies that work
• Use data to lead decision-making and drive improvement across your area
• Promote excellence in compliance, safety, education, and family engagement

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading multi-site operations in early learning
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding performance targets
• A decisive, people-first leadership style that gets results
• A love of winning, growing, and building high-performing teams
• A commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Early Childhood qualification (Diploma or Bachelor)
• Valid Working with Children Check and Driver’s License
