About The Role

We're seeking a hands-on Systems & Data Lead to support the rollout, integration, and optimisation of core business systems at Kinyara Health. Working closely with senior leaders and the Strategy and Transformation Manager, you'll help drive smarter use of platforms and data to improve operations and support better service delivery, acting as a key business partner to operational and shared service teams, helping align technology with day-to-day needs.

This position requires candidates to have the legal right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities Include

  • Coordinating system rollout, configuration, and onboarding across business units
  • Supporting the planning and testing of integrations between business platforms
  • Driving feature adoption through training, drop-in sessions, and updated onboarding tools
  • Support the execution of organisation-wide data governance frameworks
  • Documenting and improving business processes to reduce friction and duplication
  • Assisting with lightweight automation

About You

You’re a systems-minded professional with a strong ability to coordinate projects, engage stakeholders, and improve how teams use digital tools. You bring a practical understanding of systems, data, and process improvement,and enjoy working across teams to drive adoption and enable smarter, more connected operations.

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital operations, systems, or business analysis
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms
  • Understanding of integrations, APIs, and low-code tools (e.g. Power Automate, Zapier)
  • Experience mapping and improving business processes
  • Strong communication skills for training and support
  • Sector experience in health, disability, or aged care (a plus)
