About The Role

We are looking for two skilled Business Analysts to support the design, documentation, and rollout of a supply chain finance platform. The BAs will work closely with the Business PM, tech teams, and functional stakeholders to gather requirements and build process and data flow documentation for lending, traceability, and digital payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements across lending workflows: onboarding, credit review, disbursement, repayment.
  • Map out as-is" and to-be" processes in coordination with business and product leads.
  • Support the development of the Target Operating Model and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to translate business needs into actionable specs.
  • Document data flow and traceability components (e.g., blockchain, e-wallet integration).
  • Support UAT preparation and cross-functional alignment during implementation.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in lending, SCF, or financial platforms.
  • Strong skills in process mapping, requirement gathering, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with digital lending, ESG-linked products, or traceability systems is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured, or startup-like environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Work Set-Up: Remote / Hybrid (with occasional travel as needed), Asia only
  • Job Type: Contract (6-12 months), extendible
