The Brand Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a brand strategy which aligns the business, driving improved brand perception and consistency. It is also important in delivering marketing support to Repairify, our Joint Venture business, and driving Member engagement with our rewards offering, an important Member benefit.

The Brand Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a brand strategy which aligns the business, driving improved brand perception and consistency. It is also important in delivering marketing support to Repairify, our Joint Venture business, and driving Member engagement with our rewards offering, an important Member benefit.
Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Assist the Group Manager – Brand with the development and implementation of the Brand Strategy for the Capricorn group.
- Work closely with marketing, creative services, internal communications and external agencies to ensure consistency across all brand-related touchpoints. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines for all Group brands.
- Assist with the delivery of materials for sponsorship activities and Capricorn events.
- Work with the Group Manager – Brand to deliver the Member Rewards Program and associated promotional calendar.
- Manage the delivery of advertising material across print and digital channels – including deadline, budget and creative management. Utilising digital advertising medium systems to build and optimise and for the delivery of leads and lead management.
- Work with the Marketing Communications Specialist to concept campaigns which drive brand and sales outcomes
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- An understanding of the role a brand strategy plays in an organisation and the importance that it plays
- A solid understanding of marketing principles
- Experience working as part of a project team or managing projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using analytics tools to track campaign performance and brand awareness metrics
- Ability to coordinate or create content that aligns with brand messaging
- Basic understanding of design principles and brand aesthetics. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite would be a plus.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience in a B2B environment would be a positive but isn’t essential.
