About The Role
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in all assigned guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment while upholding a high standard of customer service.
In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For
- Changing bed linen and making beds
- Replacing used towels
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Scrubbing bathrooms and toilets
- Vacuuming carpets
- Dusting furniture
- Replenishing bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
- Restocking beverages and food items in the mini bar
- Cleaning public areas, like corridors
- Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Addressing guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
- Helping guests retrieve lost items
- Ensuring all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
- Following hotel security guidelines

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for guests
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others
