Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Liaise across multiple P&C areas and stakeholders to gather program details, updates, and requirements
  • Set up, coordinate, and manage artefacts including reports, risks, issues, and change requests
  • Coordinate supporting materials to ensure objectives of initiatives and business outcomes are clear, concise, and transparent
  • Assist in running and managing program and quarterly planning dashboard reporting
  • Assist with the modernisation of the payroll systems in Asia regions and Paris
  • Assist with the identification and registration of models in the Model Risk Management System (MRMS)
  • This role will require out of office hours calls with London, France, New York, Singapore, Japan and China from time to time.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • To work across international locations and have exposure to jurisdictional challenges and cultures
  • Strong controls and governance experience
  • Creativity to simplify processes and issues. As well as problem solving and analysis skills
  • Experience on Workday systems is preferred
  • Process development and documentation experience including process mapping
  • Assist with the Implementation of controls and governance frameworks
  • The ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships
  • Report and presentation writing experience using Word and PowerPoint. As well as advanced Excel skills
