About The Project
Georgiou is proud to be part of the Tonkin Extension Alliance - a key infrastructure initiative that will improve connectivity and safety across Perth's north-eastern corridor. With major road upgrades and new transport connections underway, this project presents a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in WA's infrastructure landscape.
About The Role
As a result of Georgiou’s significant growth, we are now seeking to strengthen our project team through the appointment of a HSE Administrator. The project is in the Byford region but starting in the Osborne Park Head Office prior mobilisation to site.

About The Role
As a result of Georgiou’s significant growth, we are now seeking to strengthen our project team through the appointment of a HSE Administrator. The project is in the Byford region but starting in the Osborne Park Head Office prior mobilisation to site.
What You're Good At
- Previous HSE administration experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or similar environments
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
- Understand HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and systems (i.e. HSEQ System)
- A genuine commitment to safety – not just compliance, but culture
- Confident in engaging with all levels of site personnel
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide administrative support and assistance to the Health and Safety team across all health and safety activities
- Assist with health and safety reporting, as well as the end-to-end coordination of a range of health and safety initiatives
- Assist in the preparation of toolbox and pre-start content
- Provide timely HSE information and advice to internal and external customers, consistent with organisational policies and procedures
- Arrange Safety aspects of inductions for all new employees & contractors
- Review subcontractor SWMS’s & Task Hazard Review Cards onsite for completion and accuracy
- Liaise with suppliers to gain quotes
- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks and duties as directed
