We’re now on the lookout for a National Pricing & Rebate Analyst to join our dynamic team at the Support Office in Melbourne.

The Role

Reporting to the National Pricing Manager, this role is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of supplier pricing and rebates. It plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity, supporting trading terms compliance, and providing analysis that enables better pricing and margin decisions across the business.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Merchandise, Finance, Stores and Suppliers, playing a key part in ensuring the right pricing strategy is applied and rebate claims are managed effectively.

What You’ll Do

Supplier Pricing & Cost Administration

  • Maintain and update supplier cost records in business systems
  • Process and validate supplier cost changes alongside the Merchandise team
  • Ensure timely and accurate cost data to avoid pricing errors and discrepancies

Rebate Management

  • Track, manage and administer supplier rebate agreements and claims
  • Work with the Merchandise team to support supplier negotiations with accurate cost and rebate data
  • Collaborate closely with Stores, Finance and Suppliers to ensure rebate data is complete and correct

Stakeholder & Data Support

  • Support the National Pricing Manager with competitor pricing analysis
  • Deliver regular reporting to the Merchandise and wider business on sales, margins, aged stock and deleted lines
  • Perform other analysis and administrative tasks as required to support pricing strategy and business goals

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business, Finance or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Experience in a pricing, finance support or commercial admin role
  • Background in retail, wholesale, or FMCG is advantageous
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing actionable insights

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capability
  • ERP or pricing systems experience (highly regarded)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams
  • Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
