Employment Type: Permanant Part-time
Roster 1: 27.2 Hours Monday 12.45pm - 5.45pm| Thursday 8.30am 1.30pm | Friday 8.30am - 5.45pm | Saturday 8.45am - 5.45pm
OR
Roster 2: 17.1 Hours Monday 9:30am-2:30pm | Thursday 2:15pm - 7:15pm | Sunday 9:45am-5:15pm
Our Robina store is strategically located within the Robina Town Centre, one of Queensland’s largest and most vibrant shopping destinations. Situated opposite Woolworths and surrounded by over 400 retailers and this location offers high foot traffic.
About the Role
As an experienced retail assistant, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience in our new format. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in customer service, product knowledge, and in-store operations who is ready to step up.
You will also have the opportunity to become a Key Holder, supporting leadership tasks such as opening and closing the store, supporting new team members, and stepping into a lead role as the store grows.
You Will
Build trusted relationships with customers, especially new and expectant parents
Share expert knowledge and confidently demonstrate our wide product range
Support merchandising and stock management to maintain a high standard
Be a steady, reliable presence with the opportunity to step into more responsibility
About You
You are a capable and dependable retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You take initiative, lead by example, and bring a warm, knowledgeable presence to your work.
You Will Bring
2+ years of retail or customer service experience
Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset
Experience mentoring team members or acting in a leadership capacity
Confidence managing customer concerns and resolving issues professionally
A hands-on attitude – able to lift stock (up to 15kg), work on your feet, and stay engaged
Availability to work regular shifts and contribute to a positive team culture
