ROLE OBJECTIVE

We’re looking for a Digital Designer & Video Content Producer who combines a sharp creative eye with a strong understanding of how content drives growth in a digital SaaS business. You’ll own the development of high-quality visual assets, especially video, that explain, promote, and celebrate our stock portfolio and research tools

With a deep grasp of our platform and the needs of retail investors, you’ll intuitively know how to turn features into compelling, customer-focused content. You’ll bring your ideas to the table, collaborate with marketers and product teams, and produce content that both informs and converts. If you understand how to tell a visual story, explain complex ideas simply, and sell software through scroll-stopping content, this is the role for you.

TEAM STRUCTURE

You’ll report to the Senior Marketing Manager and work closely with the Product and Design team.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Video Production

  • Lead the development of video and static image-based content for product explainers, feature launches, social media, and paid ads
  • Produce motion graphics and animations that help demystify complex tools and features
  • Design static assets such as banners, email headers, landing page illustrations, and social media visuals
  • Manage end-to-end video production: concepting, scripting, storyboarding, editing, and delivery

Design & Visual Branding

  • Create marketing assets that align with our brand, including landing pages, banners, emails, and product visuals
  • Maintain and evolve a consistent visual identity across channels and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Design team to ensure alignment between product UI and marketing visuals

Creative Collaboration & Campaign Support

  • Work with the broader product and marketing team to brainstorm and develop concepts for campaigns and content series
  • Take initiative to pitch content ideas that align with marketing goals (e.g., onboarding, activation, retention)
  • Help bring storytelling and emotional appeal into our B2C software marketing

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Managers and Marketing to visually support go-to-market initiatives
  • Work with Lifecycle Marketing and Content Manager on visual content for onboarding, email flows, in-app messaging, advertising and social

Asset Management & Optimisation

  • Maintain a library of visual assets, templates, and reusable design components
  • Optimise video and visual content for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, landing pages)
  • Test creative variations and use performance insights to guide future production

Capabilities

Knowledge

  • 3+ years in design or content production, ideally in SaaS
  • Strong portfolio of work across video, motion graphics, and digital design
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Rive)
  • Proficiency with Webflow to support landing page production
  • Experience with AI-assisted content production tools (e.g., for image generation, voiceover, scriptwriting, or editing)
  • Exposure to web development or vibe coding to build rapid prototypes and concepts
  • Exposure to investing is a plus

Skills

  • Excellent design sensibility with attention to brand consistency
  • Strong storytelling instincts, you know how to explain a tool and make someone want to try it
  • Skilled at turning abstract product benefits into compelling visuals
  • Comfortable managing projects from concept through final delivery
