You Bring

  • Proven Sales Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or player-coach capacity.
  • Candidates who possess strong selling skills with proven results in telephone/Zoom sales, with a caring attitude to clients and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting sales data to inform strategy and drive improvements.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with ease.
  • Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Experience in the personal development, coaching, business/entrepreneurial education space(s) or other high-ticket sales is highly desirable
