We are seeking an experienced and proactive Governance Manager to lead and strengthen our organisation’s governance, quality assurance, contracts and records and information management. This is a pivotal role for a values-driven professional looking to contribute meaningfully to an organisation dedicated to giving back to the community.

As the Manager Governance, you will report directly to the Executive Director Corporate and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the organisation meets a range of obligations. You will be responsible for overseeing corporate governance practices, managing organisational risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting board and committee operations.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications that include governance, quality or compliance.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications that include governance, quality or compliance.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality and accreditation frameworks within a health sector setting.
  • Understanding of, and experience in, the principles of records management and previous oversight of a records management framework.
