The Lifestyle Coordinator (Resident Wellbeing) is the heart-beat of any residence that sets the tone of the home for our residents.

As the Lifestyle Coordinator (Resident Wellbeing) at our brand-new home, you will lead our Wellbeing team in creating and delivering meaningful, engaging lifestyle programs for our residents.

About YOU

  • Hold a Certificate IV in Leisure & Health
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Lifestyle Coordinator (Resident Wellbeing) in aged care
  • Ability to be creative, compassionate and supportive in the development of a quality Lifestyle program
  • Ability to lead and mentor Wellbeing Assistants to deliver successful lifestyle activities
  • Ability to build effective, positive relationships with residents, families, team members and other colleagues
  • Well-developed written, verbal & presentation / communication skills
  • Ability to accept the many differences our multi-cultural community may embrace and help maintain each resident’s dignity and preferences
  • Willingness to embrace new technology, software systems and social media
  • Ability to problem solve and use initiative to maximise positive outcomes
