Our Registered Nurses

We’re looking for a compassionate and confident Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. If you thrive working independently and are committed to delivering high-quality aged care, we’d love to hear from you.

Skills & Requirements For The Role

To be considered for this role, we are looking for:

  • An understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the values and ethos of For Purpose Aged Care
  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated aged care experience preferred
  • The ability to work as part of a team and promote education/leadership in aged care
  • Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement
  • Experience in assessments and developing care plans
  • Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
  • Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
  • Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs of our residents
  • An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated well developed computer and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
