About this Position We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage and grow a defined geographic and/or technology-based territory within the original equipment manufacturing (OEM) sector. The role involves achieving sales and territory management targets by developing both new and existing customer relationships through innovative application solutions. You will play a key role in educating end users, delivering product demonstrations, and providing technical support to highlight the value and benefits of Henkel’s advanced technologies and services.

What You´ll Do

  • Manage key end-user accounts and projects, driving sales growth and achieving territory targets.
  • Identify and implement growth strategies, while servicing and expanding existing markets.
  • Build strong customer relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical service support, including problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including visit reports, project updates, and expense tracking.
  • Monitor market trends, report competitor activity, and suggest improvements based on insights.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and relevant associations.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and corporate standards, including ongoing personal development and training.
