About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable features across our full stack (.NET Core, Angular, AWS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Sales, Tech, Product, etc.) to solve real-world challenges.
- Optimise performance and scalability through smart architecture and clean coding practices.
- Apply DevOps principles including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to improve delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and functional issues with a proactive mindset.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to strategic technical decisions.
- Stay ahead of the curve with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to the table.
You’re a hands-on developer with the curiosity of an innovator and the heart of a collaborator. You’re proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to something that makes a genuine difference in people’s lives.
- To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- 5+ years' experience in full stack development
- Expertise in .NET Core, C#, Angular 18+, MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL, Typescript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- Strong experience with AWS, REST APIs, and microservices.
- A solid understanding of modern DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, automation testing).
- A proven ability to work in agile teams, mentor others, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Passion for performance, scalability, and clean code.
- A relevant degree in Computer Science is great to have, but not essential.
