We're looking for a Commercialisation Manager to drive the commercial journey of game-changing agricultural technologies particularly in grains and ag-biotech.

About The Role
We're looking for a Commercialisation Manager to drive the commercial journey of game-changing agricultural technologies particularly in grains and ag-biotech.
- Identify, assess, and commercialise innovative R&D outputs
- Support IP protection and licensing deals that put Victorian research in the hands of industry
- Shape go-to-market strategies and investment proposals
- Collaborate with leading scientists, legal experts, and commercial partners
- Contribute to a future where science delivers direct value to farmers and the community
- A degree in Business and/or Science
- Qualifications in IP Law, MBA or economic modelling are highly desired
- Proven experience in commercialisation, deal-making or IP management
- Knowledge of research environments, ideally in ag-tech or public sector settings
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for innovation, collaboration, and making science work for real people
