About Us
Baby Bunting is Australia's largest nursery specialty retailer, but we're much more than that. We're a growing community dedicated to supporting parents through every step of their journey. Our purpose? To share in the joy and provide support through the challenges of raising little ones by empowering parents to make the best choices for their families.
YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Space Planning & Visual Merchandise, this key leadership role is responsible for driving and executing visual merchandising strategies that inspire, engage and convert. From seasonal campaigns to new store setups, you’ll ensure our displays are not only brand-aligned but also commercially impactful.
You’ll lead a team of Merchandise Coordinators and work cross-functionally with Space Planning, Marketing, Store Development and Operations to bring our brand to life in every store – whether it’s a large-format destination or one of our new small-format boutique style stores.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
We’re growing fast. With plans to expand from 75 to 110 stores, we’re entering our most accelerated growth phase since opening our first store in Balwyn back in 1970. We're introducing smaller-format sites to reach even more families and rolling out our “Store of the Future” concept, showcased in our flagship Maribyrnong store. To support this exciting expansion, we’re significantly growing our Store Development team with nine newly created roles. Each role will play a hands-on part in transforming our store network to better support new parents across Australia and New Zealand.
LIKE WHAT YOU HEAR SO FAR? THIS IS WHAT'S AHEAD OF YOU...
We're accelerating our growth across Australia and New Zealand – when we grow, you grow!
Training pathways designed to encourage personal growth and professional development
Employee discount – enjoy great savings across our range
Family discount to support the people who matter most
Paid parental leave for both primary and secondary carers
Annual flu shots to help keep you healthy
Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home for better balance
A dynamic, friendly team environment where you’ll be challenged and supported to achieve personal and business goals
Access to our Employee Assistance Program for additional wellbeing support
