We create high-intensity, real-world training environments where participants learn to stay calm, and make life-saving decisions. Our trainers are current or former emergency professionals who know firsthand that real incidents don’t happen in tidy classrooms — and that preparation matters.
We’re looking for experienced paramedics, emergency nurses, fire EMRs, military medics, or other emergency medical professionals who want to share their knowledge and empower others. You’ll be delivering our unique, simulation-based training in Geelong, — and potentially interstate. Join our team and help redefine how first aid is taught, understood, and applied.

Someone who’s calm under pressure, confident in front of a group, and serious about helping people develop practical, life-saving skills. You bring real operational experience, a strong sense of responsibility, and a grounded, professional approach.

You’ll Ideally Have
- Experience as a paramedic, emergency nurse, military medic, or similar
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Professional presence
- A current Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to get them)
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116/40122)
- Deliver high-quality, simulation-based first aid training
- Adapt content and delivery style for different client groups, environments and locations
- Travel to client sites around Geelong, with optional interstate opportunities
- Receive support and thorough upskilling to enable you to deliver the training
