- Lead and coordinate TUNE Project Office forums, ensuring DMS plans, progress, and key updates are effectively communicated to all stakeholders
- Keep initiatives and activities on track through clear communication, monitoring milestones and critical timelines, proactively recommending solutions when necessary
- Maintain and optimize reporting systems, delivering accurate insights that support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Help shape policies and procedures, providing expert advice to managers to continuously enhance the TUNE Product Office’s effectiveness
- Degree qualification in Business, Commerce or equivalent experience
- Background in project management or event coordination highly desirable
- Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proven stakeholder management skills to foster effective collaboration
