We have an exciting opportunity for Client Service Administrator to join us based in our Yarra Falls office. Working in our Plan Managers division within Computershare responsible for providing administrative services, project management and plan design to Plan Manager Clients and their individual employee share plan holders.

A role you will love

Reporting to a Service Delivery Team Leader, the Client Service Administrator is a role responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality service to their clients and the respective client’s employee plan participants.

The Client Service Administator will work closely with their Senior Associates and internal stakeholders to ensure all functions and activity of their client accounts are anticipated, actioned and when required, reviewed in order to meet deadlines.

These functions include responding to internal and external stakeholder enquiries, maintenance of the employee register, generating reports, processing sales & transfers, and involvement in dividend and sale replacement payment transactions.

Some other key responsibilities:

  • Generating and interpreting daily transactional reports
  • Responding to employee share plan participant email enquiries
  • Data entry of employee information held in internal systems and databases
  • Preparation and issuance of share transfers and payments

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, able to balance conflicting priorities and someone who is technology savvy.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • Strong PC skills with a high level of familiarity with MS Office products – specifically MS Excel
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and strong time management skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • High level of initiative, flexibility and has problem solving skills
  • Possess and display a positive, enthusiastic attitude & strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of Employee Share Plans and the financial services will be highly regarded
