Linkforce is a leading integrated maintenance, engineering, and project services delivery business. Founded in 2007, Linkforce started with a small crew of shutdown specialists and a single utility operating in the Pilbara. Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 3,000 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.


Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. Based at our CBD head office, with occasional time on site, this position is offered on a full time permanent basis.


THE ROLE


As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for:


  • Conducting internal audits and inspections
  • Managing and monitoring the Quality inbox
  • Managing and maintaining quality documents including document reviews and system registration
  • Maintaining client feedback data
  • Conducting conformance/ incident investigations; or support for actions and closures
  • Preparing for and assisting with external audits
  • Evaluating findings and implementing appropriate corrective actions
  • Developing and recommending corrective and preventative actions
  • Maintaining quality databases i.e. Business Management System, Audit Management System (Evotix)
  • Managing Contractor Pre-Qualifications process, including conducting assessments, facilitating communications and coordinating evidence for approval


ABOUT YOU


The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Sound understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Standards
  • Sound understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act (including WHS Regulations)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills with proven experience liaising and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise work schedules and tasks to meet ever changing work demands
  • Able to work as a team and autonomously with the drive for continuous improvement of the Quality Management System or Business Systems
  • Document and data record management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
