ABOUT US

We are Cotton On Kids–the global kids fashion brand that’s always on the move. The go-to for baby, kids and tween outfit essentials and trends. The friend that’s always there, from socials and online to your local store in the mall. Cotton On Kids has been making a positive difference in people’s lives since 2005. It’s at the heart of what we do. It’s what gets us up in the morning (closely followed by strong cup of coffee). We keep it real–because our customers deserve a brand that gets it. We deliver big–tapping into the trends of now and the nostalgia of yesterday to bring our customer what they love. And we lead the way–from Australia to the world.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an innovative and driven individual to join our team as a Trend Forecaster. You will support the Senior Trend Forecaster and Trend Director to develop and present trend concepts that inform trend direction for the brand. You will use your expertise to scan and research the global market to identify trends that reflect our customer mindset and which align with our brand’s vision. We will look to you to develop big ideas relating to colour, fabric and trend that you can forecast and visually conceptualise to translate them into commercially driven results. If you have a keen eye for the current trends and love delivering on big ideas that make a difference, then this could be the perfect role for you.

Trend Forecaster – Be the voice of what’s next!

We’re on the lookout for someone who lives and breathes fashion. If you’ve got a sixth sense for what’s next, a Pinterest board (or five) dedicated to future trends, find yourself scrolling the hours away on Instagram (for research, of course), and pulling together moodboards just for fun, this might be your moment.

We’re looking for an innovative and driven Trend Forecaster to join our team and help shape the next chapter of our brand. You’ll support the Senior Trend Forecaster and Trend Director by researching global shifts and emerging trends, both macro and micro, and turning those insights into fresh, clear, and inspiring trend stories that drive our Kids wear direction.

Confident with tools like Pinterest, InDesign, and Canva, you’ll bring your creative flair to mood boards, layouts, and presentations that bring colour, fabric, and fashion ideas to life. Bonus points if you basically dream in Pantone and can effortlessly translate the ever-changing world of colour into trend stories that really connect.

We’re after someone naturally curious and creative, who can juggle a few projects without breaking a sweat, and who brings good vibes and a sense of fun to the team, because a bit of laughter keeps the creativity flowing.
