What you'll contribute to:
Step into a pivotal role as a Business Coordinator, where you'll shape the future of Toyota's TUNE Dealer Management System (DMS). Your expertise in planning, coordination, and strategic prioritization will help refine DMS standards and service activities, ensuring dealers are equipped to maximize sales, market share, and profitability-all while advancing Toyota's digital evolution.
As part of the this position, the successful candidate will be required to undertake travel once per month. You'll drive collaboration across Toyota Australia and partners, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with overarching business goals. Your work will directly enhance dealer performance for both Toyota and Lexus brands.

How you'll make an impact
- Lead and coordinate TUNE Project Office forums, ensuring DMS plans, progress, and key updates are effectively communicated to all stakeholders.
- Keep initiatives and activities on track through clear communication, monitoring milestones and critical timelines, proactively recommending solutions when necessary.
- Maintain and optimize reporting systems, delivering accurate insights that support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Help shape policies and procedures, providing expert advice to managers to continuously enhance the TUNE Product Office's effectiveness

- Degree qualification in Business, Commerce or equivalent experience
- Background in project management or event coordination highly desirable
- Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proven stakeholder management skills to foster effective collaboration
