We are currently seeking a Group Procure to Pay Manager, to lead, develop and manage a high-performance team across the PtP function across the Asia Pacific region.
You will be responsible for adhering to global compliance and policies while focusing on opportunities for continuous improvement by streamlining efficiencies in the PtP function.

We are currently seeking a Group Procure to Pay Manager, to lead, develop and manage a high-performance team across the PtP function across the Asia Pacific region.
You will be responsible for adhering to global compliance and policies while focusing on opportunities for continuous improvement by streamlining efficiencies in the PtP function.
Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Establish clear performance goals and expectations for team members and manage performance through regular feedback, coaching, and development plans
- Collaborate with global and regional colleagues across procurement, finance, and business teams to ensure alignment of PtP processes with organisational goals
- Design and implement best-in-class PtP processes across the region ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with corporate policies by leveraging ERP systems and other tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Oversee PtP activities, including purchase order processing, supplier invoice management, and payment processing
- Collaborate with procurement teams to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure prompt payments and resolutions in lines with agreements and company policies
- Ensure compliance and adherence to corporate governance and regulatory requirements and working with internal audit and finance teams to identify and address any compliance risks
- Providing regular reports, analytics and updates to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders on PtP KPI’s, performance, efficiencies and supplier status
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Regional Management teams and global counterparts globally, to support cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution
- Drive initiatives to optimize working capital and identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and process simplification within the PtP function
- Lead PtP projects and transformation initiatives across the Asia Pacific region, including system upgrades, process re-engineering, and implementation of new technology solutions, and ensure successful change management by engaging team members, peers and relevant stakeholders to minimise disruptions to operations
- Degree qualified in the field of Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain (CA or CPA qualified is a bonus)
- 8+ years’ experience in either PtP, procurement, accounts payable or finance operations.
- 5+ years’ Management experience leading cross-functional teams with APAC exposure
- Proven track record or driving optimisation, transformation and cost reduction across functions
- Experience working with major ERP systems (Dynamics 365 desirable) and other procurement/payment automation platforms
