Launch have partnered with a client in the construction industry and are seeking a Business Analyst with 3 – 5 years of experience to work across digital transformation programs for an initial 6 month contract.

As a Business Analyst, you will support the end-to-end delivery of business initiatives—from discovery to implementation. You’ll apply your knowledge of design thinking, Agile and human-centred design (HCD) to solve problems, improve processes, and deliver valuable outcomes in partnership with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops to gather and refine user stories using design thinking and HCD
  • Write clear and actionable Agile user stories with BDD acceptance criteria
  • Analyse and document business processes, rules and solution designs
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritise backlogs and define MVPs
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Support the development team by ensuring business needs are well understood and translated into delivery
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to project roadmaps

Key Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with experience working on digital transformation programs
  • Experience facilitating user story refinement workshops (Design Thinking, HCD)
  • Skilled in writing Agile user stories with BDD-style acceptance criteria
  • Ability to articulate and elaborate business rules and process designs
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable writing actionable user stories for delivery teams
  • Previous experience working closely with Product Owners or Product Managers
